What currency are the prices I see on the site?
Default prices are USD but you can adjust it based on your geographic location in the footer of this website. You may also adjust the language in the same area at the bottom of the webpage.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 business days production time for your order to ship out, especially for custom made orders.
Shipping times may be delayed due to logistical issues with shipping couriers. We do not have control of any delays caused by local shipping couriers such as FEDEX/UPS/USPS/DHL etc. Any items having to clear customs should expect delays.
Tracking numbers are generally updated immediately after your order has been SHIPPED. If you do not have a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at info@KenishiHair.com.
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a refund. You must ship it back at your own expense. Once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your purchase (excluding shipping cost) to the original payment method. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive to us for inspection prior to receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and update us with the correct information as soon as possible. If the provided address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
What if I can not find my package but the tracking status shows delivered successfully?
Make sure someone is there to sign for or retrieve packages. We will not be held responsible if a package left at the door is damaged, lost or stolen. You may contact the delivery courier to start an investigation at your own discretion.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-14 business days. However most items will arrive in 7 business days or less. We have little to no control over any delays occurring after we have handed over orders to shipping companies. You must contact the shipping company directly if there is an issue with delays, lost or stolen packages.
