I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and update us with the correct information. If the provided address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
What if I can not find my package but the tracking status shows delivered successfully?
Make sure someone is there to sign for or retrieve packages. We will not be held responsible if a package left at the door is damaged, lost or stolen. You may contact the delivery courier to start an investigation at your own discretion.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-14 business days. However some items will qualify for faster shipping. COVID-19 pandemic may delay some packages required to clear customs for orders shipped outside the US.
Shipping Policy for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
