I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and update us with the correct information as soon as possible. If the provided address is incorrect, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

What if I can not find my package but the tracking status shows delivered successfully?
Make sure someone is there to sign for or retrieve packages. We will not be held responsible if a package left at the door is damaged, lost or stolen. You may contact the delivery courier to start an investigation at your own discretion.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average US shipping time is 7-14 business days. However most items will arrive to its US destination in 7 business days or less. Some delivery couriers experience delays in their shipment process in which we have no control.
